Weight Loss Motivation

I lack motivation to lose weight. I don't have the willpower to lose weight. Help me lose weight. Family

  • I would like to look good for my husband.

Exercise

Eating

  • I want to be able to eat a fattening dessert in a restaurant without feeling guilty.
  • I am tired of low calorie food.
